Please bear with me as I am new to the whole iTouch thing.

I found a good program to convert all my music videos into the MOV format.

I have found that the music videos I have downloaded from iTunes are all M4V format.

While it does not matter if I open a MOV or M4V file it still launches QuickTime.

When I sync my iTouch the music videos downloaded from iTunes are all separate from the music videos I converted. The music videos I converted showup on the iTouch as movies vice Music Videos.

So if your still with me, what can I do to get my non downloaded from iTunes music videos with an extension of M4V or converted to M4V so that all my music videos are lumped together and not intermingled with my Movies (MOV) extensions on my iTouch.

Thanks for the help...

You just need to tell iTunes what kind of file it is. Select your file and go to 'get info' select the video tab and choose the 'music video' option. It will then show up in iTunes and on your touch as a music video. Job done.:D
