M9 lockscreen not working? (pic inside)

I'm trying to use the Danal M9 lockscreen, it looks pretty slick from the photos I have seen, but when I enable it, I get what's in the picture below. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Its missing the wallpaper, does that theme need wallpaper jpegifier?

Well it's also not supposed to look that way, the widget. There's supposed to be weather info on the orange part. It's just altogether messed up and I'm not sure why.
