Hello. I recently replace the battery of my MBP 2015 did a reset of SMC and NVRAM. After boot the keyboard and trackpad is unresponsive. Continuing to replace the ribbon cable but the error still remains.
Any advice will be much appreciated.

Well. it worked before replacing the battery. As soon as i switched battery I performed the reset, then started up.
So yes. Unresponive after resetting.
Keyboard does not lit up.
Computer works with mouse(bluetooth) and keyboard (connected via thunderbolt display)

For a 13" MacBook, the backlight connector is located on the side of the main logic board that is closest to the bottom of the display.

The signal for the trackpad travels through the keyboard. With a non-functional keyboard, it's not unusual for the trackpad to not work as well.

After the battery replacement, a chime was heard after pressing the keys to perform the resets?

I can not recall hearing a chime.

I can not recall hearing a chime.
I've reset the SMC and NVRAM on a few MacBooks and recall hearing a loud chime while holding down the required letters to perform the reset. A chime may not always be heard but it serves as audible confirmation that the reset took place. In my case, the chime was quite loud and volume had to be lowered when the system booted to the desktop.

That is an issue since resetting those will resent volume levels to normal and the chime will be fully audible if the speakers are working.

I haven't had your experience with mine, so I couldn't say exactly what has gone wrong, both have had their batteries replaced, one by an Apple Authorized Service Provider and the other by someone else but something is not right and I don't think it has to do with just the ribbon cable for the trackpad. Is everything on the logic board looking OK from just taking the back off?

Make sure the keyboard connector plug and battery plug are securely plugged in. Sometimes they do not get fully plugged in after worked is done. I know from experience.
