Mac alternative to slickrun?

I am a switcher, waiting for my macbook - does anyone know if there is a mac alternative to this program?

This is possible the most useful thing i have ever got for windows, as i can open file folders, websites, applications, and a REALLY handy jot window which saves its contents automatically - all from a few key presses. Surely there is something similar on Mac?
