Mac and PC keyboard issue

I have a mac at home and a PC at work. It is very uncomfortable for me because i always want to switch input language with alt-space etc
Is there an app for PC for it to start working just like mac? The app that would allow me to switch languages with Alt-tab? And also for alt key to start working just like CMD button
