Hello,

I just released version 1.5 of my screen recording application Claquette.
Besides normal screencasts, Claquette also allows you to export animated screenshots in GIF or aPNG format.
The app contains trim & crop tools that let you select the relevant portions of your recording and a highly optimized exporter that keeps the visual quality of your GIF high and the file size low.

Here is a sample screenshot created with Claquette:

why would i pay for this when i can use quicktime which is built into macOS?
