Mac App Store Games Via USB?

Is it possible to play Mac App Store games off a USB/SD? Would love to load a 16GB SD full of Plants Vs. Zombies, Asphalt,etc.

As long as the user account you are playing them from is registered under your AppleID, I don't think there will be a problem. Just copy the desired Apps to your desired volume and double click on them to play.
