Shows that I have 5 updates. Under "Updates" only shows previous updates...I know atleast 10.12.1 should be there as an update and I take the other updates are for Pages, Keynote, Numbers, etc.

Any tips?

Yeah, updates aren't showing up here either. There's something going on their end.
Found another thread on a forum with same problem. I got rid of 4 of them by going to purchases and hitting update on...

iMovies
Pages
Keynote
Numbers

Cant find 10.12.1 update - thats fine.

Thanks for the tip.

Yeah no updates possible on either of my machines - 11" air and Mini. The Air has 4 updates, the mini has 6, but none are listed. Looks to me like something has gone awry at apple central to me...

I did the purchased tab update and Itunes update via iTunes but Ive noticed all my app update history has gone, its just a blank page now  maybe it will reappear when Apple gets things sorted out on their end...

Same for me: no history any more.
To verify all updates I had to compare the versions in Finder /Applications on all my machines to the versions
listed in the AppStore and somewhere on Apple websites.
This is like kicking a whale along the beach .....
