Mac App to Control Audio Per Application

Hi I'm new on this forum, and Im spanish (sorry for my little english) I need a program to control the audio from my mac, like in windows that let you increase or decrease the audio of each program. Thanks!

Audio Hijack 3 was just released. Might be too much for your needs but it is a complete app.
