Mac App to Flip Video 270 degress?

I've got a few videos I've taken, but they need to be flipped around to be viewed correctly. What app can I use to do this?
 
I don't know about 270 degrees. Would 90 degrees be ok?

It seems you can do this with Quicktime Pro.
