Mac Appication That Can Remotely Record the Microphone?

I want an application that you can remotely control so I hear their microphone when I want. After I can hear them talking I want to connect to SSH and talk through Terminal to them. I know that would freak the crap out of me! Haha. Thanks!

I use iCam on my iPhone - client lives on my home desktop. Will stream realtime sound and visuals (visuals only about 1-2fps, but sound is constant).
