Whenever I turn my mac on it makes a really loud beeping noise that lasts for about 3 seconds. My safari is really slow and I have 64 GB of space left, is there anything that I can do to make it faster and make it quite the beeping?????

It could be memory causing the beep. It could be overheating. The logic board is going. Or, the hard drive could be failing. You should take it to the Apple Store, and they'll tell you just what's wrong with it. :)
