I plan on purchasing a MacBook Pro in the near future (updates soon
).
I want it to be quick and was wondering if there is a chart of all recent Mac's say from Powerbook G4 up to most recent indicating performance. The reason I ask is I would like to see where a 2.5GHz Intel Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro would slot on compared to my old quad PowerMac G5 and the modern Mac Pro's etc.
I had a quick look on BareFeats but couldn't find anything so wondered if anyone knew of any such performance benchmarks?
