Mac Bluetooth Keyboard Loosing Connection after wakeup

Hi,

2-3 days, I have got a new issue with my iMac. Whenever I try to wake up iMac after sleep, it looses the keyboard connection and I have to re-pair or at times, reboot to get it connected.

Funny thing is, that the wakeup happens using the keyboard itself. And then, it looses the connection. Nothing new has been installed or changed on the system. I have tried to replace the battery with new in the keyboard and still same issues persists.

Hardware is iMac 20in with os X Mavericks. Original Bluetooth Aluminum Keyboard and trackpad.

When was the last time you changed the battery on the Keyboard?

about 30 days back; Over here in India we get duracell battery with some battery check meter and it shows good enough battery on it.

Also Reset NVRAM to see if that helps.
