mac book internet connection with speedtouch 330

hi there,
im absolutly at the end of my nerves, and was just wondering whether u might be able to safe me of throwing my new macbook out of the window...

i have a thomson 330 speedtouch internet usb modem, it used to work perfect with my old i book, but it doenst work at all with the new macbook. do u know why? what can i do, to get connected??

The Speedtouch doesn't work with Intel Macs. If you can afford one, just get a router... USB modems are a POS.
