I know this cant be normal? I kind of charge my battery randomly. Sometimes i leave it charging over night, and a lot of times it goes almost dead before i charge it. So, what should i do?

    You aren't calibrating it.

You need to let it run until it shuts off into sleep mode, then charge it entirely, up to 100%.

    That is calibrating.

Do this once a month or so.

not exactly. you have to wait 5 hours at least before recharging it. Meaning, your computer is sitting sleeping for at least 5 hours before you plug it back in, and you will not be able to use it for at least 5 hours.
