My Mac-Book Pro Retina is 18, months old; the screen is wearing away quite badly; it seems to be developing a rash on the screen, also the edges are quite worn. I have a 5, year Warranty on the laptop. Anyone else experience this kind of thing?

Take it to apple store if can, or call them. They will generally replace the screen for this. Though never heard of one with 5 years warranty.

It is properly the anti reflex coating which is starting to come off, Apple has acknowledge this problem.myou should be able to get a new screen free of charge.

Thank you for the replies,
The Mac-Book is just 18, months old; when I bought it I took out an extension warranty on it. Look like I need to take it back to the Apple Store.
