Mac Book Pro Spinning Wheel Help

Guys-

I can barely type this post or do anything on my mac book pro without a spinning wheel popping up. Any help would be appreciated. I have cleared Pram, ran disk utility fix permissions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not very.

Nobody starts a thread here saying that everything is perfect. Well ... there was this one guy, but he got banned for not complaining.
