Mac boots back into OS X instead of Windows install USB

I have created an install USB with Windows 8 and then I created a partition. My MacBook rebooted and it went back to OS X. If I go into Boot Camp Assistant now, the option to install Windows is changed to "Remove Windows 7 or later". This is what the USB looks like:

So what do I do now? Thanks!

If you have an ISO disk image, copy it to your OS X partition and let Boot Camp Assistant create the USB installer.

Thanks! I do have an ISO image, but didn't Boot Camp Assistant already create the USB installer when I selected "Create a Windows 7 or later version install disk"?

I contacted Apple Support and they said Windows 8.1 doesn't work with Boot Camp right now: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5639

I guess I have to install Windows 8 instead and wait until Boot Camp is updated.

Or just update once you have installed Windows 8, upgrade to 8.1.
That seems to be working fine.
