Can someone recommend me a capture card? I need one to record video gameplay footage. Cheaper is better, but I also want some quality. It doesn't matter if it lets me bring the feed back to my TV via composite cables.

MRoogle is a good tool to search these fora for already existing threads about the same issue and may solve your problem.
Btw, your issue comes up every now and then, thus a search might yield faster results.
