If you just bought an Intel Mac, no, someone will have to port one of the old emulators before that happens.

If you have a PowerPC Mac, either it's already there (check your System Preferences for Classic, and check your boot drive for a folder called System Folder) or you can install it from the restore discs that came with your computer.
 
That would be pretty smooth. I tried to run system 7.2 on a classic once and it wouldnt let me do it. That would be cool though.
