Mac cleaner?

You know how windows has programs such as disk defrag, registry cleaner, and ashampoo? Is there any proven programs for mac computers that work in a similar sense?

Disc Utility is all you should need.

There are some other programs such as Mac Tune Up, Disk Warrior and Drive Genius.

onyx is a decent application for cleaning out cache/temporary files, but there are others made specifically to clean browser cache, and downloaded file cache (and in some cases download folder as i recently found out before doing a backup) which do it much better than onyx.
