Mac Compatible Capturing Devices?

Do you have a digital video camera with a FireWire and analog in connections? You could use that to bring the analog signal in to the camera and then from there to iMovie or FCP. If you've already got a camera

Again, is something like this available at Best Buy or Circuit City? Also, Dazzle isn't compatiable with Mac's, correct? My father bought Dazzle a few years back before we got a mac, and now I would like to put some recordings into iMovie.
