Mac compatible quiet/silent wireless mouse?

Does anyone know of one? My current wireless mouse clicks too loudly for the roommate.

I see the nexus sm series whenever I search, but it does not appear to be mac compatible? Can I still use it with a mac?

Get your roommate noise canceling headphones. Or go into a Best Buy and Staples and test click every mouse.

I suspect your roommate may be bothered by any clicking sound no matter how soft it was. Maybe you need a new roommate or to use your computer in a different room?

Unfortunately, while you are probably correct, that is not an option. She'd probably kill me if I got a new roommate.

I'm looking for something portable as well as wireless/soundless here.
