    Hi Guys

I have been searching the net and asking so many people about a mac compatible skype wireless dual phone like the Philips VOIP 321 for the PC. I love Mac but im getting so frustrated at the lack of software and peripherals available for the mac. I really dont want to move to PC and the thought of going into buy a PC just so I can use skype is daunting after preaching on how great apple is to all my friends....

I have even contacted the makers of the Skype DualPhone and ask why they dont have Mac drivers and they said it was because of the poor number of mac subscribers to skype and it was not finacially beneficial to them.

If anyone knows of drivers or can create mac drivers (you would make a fortune) for the wireless dualphones in the market please let me know as im about to go to PC world and buy a PC and enter into the dark side!!!!

Im looking for the same solution, but even a single line phone will do for me. I have seen the netgear wifi phone but its too expensive, im looking for something around $50 range like USB phones for the PC. I found this one solution,, it will allow you to connect any regular phone to your computer via USB but its only for PC. Anything out there for Mac to connect via the computer or even the router?

The RTX Dualphone is independent of a PC. Supports multiple handsets now. UI a tad slow, buttons a bit stiff, handset is a bit crappy but it's cheap. It's what I use for Skype.

I believe there's a Philips one which is the equivalent - i.e. independent of a PC as well, and apparently it's better if more expensive. I'll probably try that one next but I'm not dissatisfied with the RTX - it's been pretty solid.
