Second time that happened!

Suddenly all mac apps stopped responding! My contacts all of them were lost!

I sincronize with idisk, but I believe is no updated... I also have superduper backup up... but I don`t know which file to restore (contact info)

Please help

Do you mean the entries in your addressbook? Two options to consider:

1) Look at reply #7 in this thread and try it.

2) If you can mount your SuperDuper backup image, then copy the files located in

~/library/application support/addressbook

to the same position on your hard drive while Address Book is NOT running. Here "~" is your home directory. So this is the library in your home directory and not the one at the root of the hard drive.
 
I tried but the only directory I see in Addressbook plug ins.... I searched in spotlight and see a folder names addressbook, but I do not know where is located .... is it the same?

The Address Book Plug-Ins directory is in ~/Library
The directory you want should be in ~/Library/Application Support/
