MAC Cursor Jumping Everywhere?!

Mac 2011. 1tbhd. 16gb ram. High Sierra I think. Solid machine generally.

As you know this is super annoying.
I have cleaned track pad. Done that nvram hard reset holding option cmd and R and P.

Anything else I can try. I get around 2 min when log in and it just starts jumping and tight clicking and opening things up.
