I've been noticing it's been running slow for a few hours now... specifically,

It took over 10 minutes to load the iTunesConnect login page. After logging in, it went normal speed.

developer.apple.com loaded quickly, but after clicking on Mac Dev Center, it took it over 10 minutes to load that page.

When I clicked on "Login", I waited for fifteen minutes and then was presented with a blank white page and the bold text "No instance available" in the top left corner of the screen.

I have now spent over 10 minutes (and counting) waiting for the Mac Dev Center page to load again so I can (again) try clicking on Login.

Is anyone else having similar issues, or is it just me?

(Running OS X 10.8, beta 4, Safari is 6.0, probably a beta but IDK which, computer is a 2007 iMac with 3 GB RAM... 24" Al.)

Everything else is loading just fine, and I've closed everything except this forum page and the dev center.

Edit: Just loaded the dev center again. Hit login and after just one minute it told me "No instance available" again. Come onnnnn... I need to freaking update to Mountain Lion GM and Xcode GM so I can upload my Mountain Lion apps!

2X Edit: It has finally loaded and I'm logged in and online. Started both the Xcode 4.4 GM and ML GM downloads... ML GM is reporting itself as taking 5 hours to download, Xcode GM as 40 minutes. Given ML is only twice the size of Xcode, I suspect Apple's servers are being overwhelmed with ML download requests. (The beta I'm using now took only half an hour or so to download a few weeks ago.)
