When I try to boot up my blackbook, I get a gray screen with a spinning wheel. I read and tried to fix it because I have heard this has been a previous problem but nothing has worked. I have tried resetting the PRAM but that didn't work either. Anyone have any other ideas?

I tried that and now I have a big problem, my install disk is stuck in the cd drive. Does anyone know how i can either get the disk out, (eject doesn't work) or boot the disk with a shortcut? Thanks!

you can try booting while pressing these buttons:

press "c" - boots to install dvd/cd
press "opt" - boots to boot menu and allows you to choose boot device
press mouse button - eject cd/dvd from optical drive

put your ear up to where the hard drive is... do you hear any clicking noises?
