Typing "javascript:alert(document.lastModified)" (no quotes) works sometimes. It didn't work for this thread, but it worked for Pokemon: The Movie website 😎 .

EDIT: It doesn't seem to work with a lot of sites.

Try iAlert.

There's also Laughing Man Factorial, which is currently in beta, at version 0.1. It works, but not all too well.

You could also use the RSS feed on http://xbox360tracker.com/ 😉
