MAC Firewall question

Hi,

If I have a MAC firewall app (native app) rules and also have a 3rd party firewall app.

Which rules win?

I want to block incoming connections but have some hard coded corporate rules in the native Firewall app.

If macOS firewall is on and set to block, it will block, regardless of allow settings in another firewall app.
