and den in black rolls and with white letters it gives me codes ??? At the button, (panic: We are hanging here…)

After hearing the boot tone holding down option doesn't bring up the boot loader?

It sounds like a logic board problem then.

It starts up and the start up sound goes on and the gray screen turns on and the apple logo. A grey screen rolls down, and in the center it reads

If holding down Option or 'c' to change the boot device to the optical drive aren't working then it's a hardware problem and more then likely some sort of damage to the logic board.

I fix it,😱

I have a 2 G5’s😎; from the G5 that was not working I pulled out the drive and put it in the good G5 and I rand the Install DVD on the drive. Everything is working well. I don’t now the problem it had?😕
