So yeah I have a external HDD that all the sudden started clicking when transferring files to it. So I started searching for data recovery software. However almost everything I found was for windows and fat/ntfs and not a whole lot for os x/hfs+. If any of you mac guys/gals out there know of any software for macs that could help...

FileSalvage has features to make it work better with failing drives such as your that are starting to experience the click of death so it may work a bit better for your application.
