It will depend on the amount of memory installed in the system and what it's being used for. It is entirely possible that with lots of RAM and light usage some block will never get overwritten. The other end of the spectrum is possible too. The OS makes no attempt to distribute it's access over the RAM evenly or anything like that. If anything it uses the RAM from address 0 up in order.
