Mac Mail App

    Ok so my school uses google to host email. How do I add that email to Apple mail?

    Go to System Preferences > Internet & Wireless > Mail, Contacts, Calendar

    Click on Gmail, and follow the directions.

    Mail --> Preferences --> Accounts --> the plus (+) button at the bottom left and follow the guide.

    Either of these will work fine, with the caveat that DockMac's solution only applies to Lion.
