Mac Mail - can't Add Link in Signature line Version 3.6 (936)

I am trying to add a link to my signature in Version 3.6 (936) of Mac Mail on my iMac.

When I highlight the icon inside the signature box, and click on "Link" and then "ADD" I do not get the dialog box to add it.
Is this a bug or am I missing it?
