I am still not used to the new mac mail. I've gone back to the classic but I still like too much of the new version to stay there.

One thing that is driving me nuts is looking at emails from one address. I want to be able to see all the emails from one person grouped together. I believe that entourage does this when it's incoming - it goes to a folder just for that person.

Can someone direct me to a way to resolve this frustration? Thanks

Not aware on this. Unfortunately I don't think email and address book are working well in Lion.
I am now wondering why I didn't purchase windows with entourage, sage etc at 1/10th of the price  and better business software.

For what it's worth, I believe both Mac Mail and Address Book (among other apps) are being addressed in the upcoming Lion OS software update. This should be coming god only knows when. Obviously, there are problems demanding attention which Apple is (presumably) fixing. :D
