Suddenly Mac Mail is not getting putting any email in my Inbox on my MacBook Air w/ Mountain Lion. I get my email via Go Daddy email service and using IMAP. I do get email that was in folders such as Sent Items, and Drafts.
I have deleted the email account numerous times. I have deleted the sub-folder of the account in ~/Library/Mail.

I setup the account successfully on my Mac Mini.

Any suggestions to get my email flowing back to my Inbox is appreciated.

I just worked through this issue today. What solved it for me was rebuilding the Inbox. Just select "Inbox" under "Mailboxes". Then in the menu, do Mailbox->Rebuild.

Thank you askees.

The rebuild option for me is grayed out. Do you know why?

Edit: I was able to setup a Gmail account successfully and get email into my Inbox.

Edit #2: I just installed Thunderbird and all of my email is coming in.

Edit #3: I have no problems sending email via the GoDaddy account.
