Since updating to Ventura Mac Mail no longer displays images. Further, I keep getting the message "your network preferences prevent content from loading privately". I've found plenty of ways to fix this with Monterray, but nothing in Ventura.
Yeah, I tried that. That was the information I could find, but it didn't do any good.I wonder if it could be some network setting interacting with the "Protect Mail Activity" setting.
Mail > Settings > Privacy > Protect Mail Activity
Do you have that box checked?
The description for that feature says it works by "loading remote content privately" which is related to the message you are getting. It seems like for some reason Protect Mail Activity can't do it's job so its giving that error and failing to load.
I do that and the images only load maybe one or two. Also, is there a way I can just check my mail like I used to without having to hit the load content directly button on every message?Top right, click on "Load Content Directly"
No, they do not. What happens when you uncheck the box for "protect mail activity." Do the images load?
