Mac Mail Undisclosed Recipients

I am trying to send a group email. When I go to send the email I do not want it to real "undisclosed recipients" I would like when it shows up in their box it reads as the group email name I give it. I receive emails occasionally where people send group emails and it reads the group name they gave it not "undisclosed recipients" How do I accomplish this?

I usually just send an email to myself and BCC the contacts who I want to appear as blind (to each other).

I know that's the not the answer you're looking for -- but I'm interested in the answer, too.

Mail alone doesn't do this, you need a group mailing list service.
