Hi all,

I have a question about a MAC using mac mail to connect to exchange online.

I understand and accept that the ews folder is the mail cache, there is another folder that appears to have an almost identical folder that starts with cf then has numbers and other info this takes up over 60GB of space.

Does anyone know what this does and if I can stop it hogging the space.

Thanks

Those folders are particular to your Exchange server and do not appear in mine but perhaps someone connected to a similar configuration can shed some light.

I see the ews is for I am guessing exchange web service or something similar and this follows along the persons mailbox size albeit a bit larger the thing I wasn't sure of is this other what looks random named folder that also has inbox and other stuff.

I tried to google the ews and cf names but could bring nothing up.

I have a similar problem with airmail. It used up 60gb!

I erased the folder and stopped using it.
Back to in-browser mail.
