They're legit. I bought my MBP from them in 11/07. Just don't expect any customer service. They came through on price, shipping and rebates, though.

I have never purchased anything from them, but have heard the service is awful-- and it kind of stinks that you are unable to return anything-- but, if you have issues, you can still get service at the genius bar (however, i don't think they will replace a machine-- anyone else know?)
I don't know why they wouldn't replace for a valid reason. Certainly not because you didn't buy from their store. A Mac is a Mac regardless the vendor.
Yeah. Even amazon has a 30 day return policy. And without the 15% or whatever restocking fee.
Apple Store Genius Bar will replace, not MacMall. MacMall takes no returns (or prisoners, for that matter).
I'm off on Macmall then. I don't want to buy my precious MBP from them. I'll just wait for amazon to ghet their shipments. Anyone know when that is?
