Mac mall question

Well I refused my shipment of the current Macbook Pros and was thinking of buying it from macmall. Are thry legit? Because it says that i get a rebate+parrallels+Free printer...
 
I really need an answer quick 🙁

I want to know if I should order from them right now.
 
They're legit. I bought my MBP from them in 11/07. Just don't expect any customer service. They came through on price, shipping and rebates, though.
 
What do you mean their customer service? Is it bad?

Can you return items?

I would buy MBP from amazon but they don't have it yet. Anyone know when they will be available?

Customer Service isn't bad . . . it's nonexistent. NO returns, either.
 
I have never purchased anything from them, but have heard the service is awful-- and it kind of stinks that you are unable to return anything-- but, if you have issues, you can still get service at the genius bar (however, i don't think they will replace a machine-- anyone else know?)

I don't know why they wouldn't replace for a valid reason. Certainly not because you didn't buy from their store. A Mac is a Mac regardless the vendor.

Yeah. Even amazon has a 30 day return policy. And without the 15% or whatever restocking fee.
 
I'm off on Macmall then. I don't want to buy my precious MBP from them. I'll just wait for amazon to ghet their shipments. Anyone know when that is?🙁
