Mac microphone dictation software

Im wondering if anyone knows of a free software that allows you to dictate files vocally on microsoft word via the built in mic on a macbook. Anyone know of anything?

Clarify what you mean. Are you intending to speak words, and have them appear as written text in Word, or are you wanting to create audio files of the talking?
