Mac mini 2.6 i7 with latest update 10.14.6

My 2012 mini seems to run faster and cooler, at least 5C less when running Safari (58C vs 63C). Am I the only one noticing that?

I have a different issue with mine. Occasionally when it wakes from sleep I get a solid green screen and it requires a hard restart. It hasn't happened since the update so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Fearless prediction:
The "bluetooth issue" is a HARDWARE problem and will never be fixed via a "software update".

Unfortunately, it did not fix it for me either.

I am not so sure as two other versions (10.14.2 and 10.14.4 - even ones) of Mojave did fix my bluetooth issues. I was hoping this even version would also fix the bluetooth issue but alas no such luck.
 
For one thing, mini does not recognize certain bluetooth keyboards until AFTER logging in. With 10.14.2 and 10.14.4, it recognized any bluetooth keyboard in use PRIOR to logging in.
