I'm looking to replace my 2007/2008 Mac Mini's 80GB hard drive with an SSD. Will any 2.5" SSD work with my Mac Mini? Specifically this one:
Also, I've upgraded the RAM in the mini, so I have a little experience of taking the thing apart; is this installation much more difficult?

Theoretically any 2,5" SSD should work (SATA-3 is backwards compatible to SATA-1), however I've never put an SSD into my old mini. Regarding installation, there is an excellent guide on Just be extra careful with any (flat band-)cables and you should be fine.

To answer your question, changing the HD isn't harder than adding RAM.
