As it states in the title I recently bought a mini that once booted up is stuck at the apple logo and no spinner. I got it without a hard drive so I put one of my own with Snow Leopard on it. I changed the ram and nothing changed. Tried resetting pram and still nothing. I click option and it takes me to the screen where I can select my hdd.

I next tried with a snow leopard disk and pressed c, I hear it spin but nothing happens. Finally I put in verbose and check what is happening and I get the following

Any ideas?

looking at that It looks like its Booting OS X leopard 10.5.8 (witch never came on a install DVD) if it was booting snow leopard the Kernel version would be 10 not 9 as shown here

Whoops sorry meant Leopard. When I try single user mode command s I get this
