Hey guys just wanted a second opinion about this Mac mini 2011.

As soon as I try startup I get these strange graphics around the apple logo.

The computer never fully restarts and actually goes into a restart loop.

I included a few pics.

I have tried*
-Changing RAM
-Changing HDD
-PRAM reset and all of that
-Changes PRAM battery
-Boot from external drive (OSX)
-safe mode

Apple hardware test (extended) found nothing wrong.

I suspect that the logic board is failing, any contradictory theories ?

Time to look for a new machine on eBay. If you have the mid-range macmini5,2 with the i5 cpu then I would recommend the macmini6,1 MD387LL/A which is comparable to your machine but with intel graphics. A lot of the overheating of the 5,2 seems to be caused by the last non-intel graphics chip on that unit. If you have a macmini5,3 then you are in a tough spot because the used 6,2s are super expensive.
