Mac mini 2012 2K monitor HiDPI

Hello. Is it possible to run 2K resolution in 1080p HiDPi mode on a 2012 Mac mini? In RDM I can only get 720p HiDPI.

Can I perform this or am I limited to my GPU?

That mini supports these Max resolutions: Up to 2560 by 1600 (Thunderbolt) or 1920 by 1200 (HDMI)
