Mac mini 2012 doesn't go to sleep

I've Mac mini 2012 with fusion drive on 10.11.5 and it doesn't go to sleep!
I've tried to resolve the issue with this guides https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204760 and https://support.apple.com/kb/PH18581?locale=en_US&viewlocale=en_US http://www.cultofmac.com/178575/figure-out-why-your-mac-wont-go-to-sleep-os-x-tips/
what else I can do? any suggestion?

I clicked on the apple logo and then on sleep but it's didn't helped.

No.. The monitor goes to sleep but the light indicator stayed on and I can hear the HDD work

Check the console and see what processes are running.


Check Force Quit and see if any Applications are running.

Did you check Force Quit for any applications running?

yes but there was no such app running

I would say that you may want to backup your system and do a fresh install. I don't know a thing about the fusion drives and if that is causing it. Sorry

PRAM reset and SMC Reset before you reinstall

I have the same problem.
I've had this for months.

I've reset pram, smc and everything short of doing a reinstall.

I just don't put it to sleep but just switch it off instead.

I've tried PRAM and SMC reset without success. I dont want to reinstall the system for this kind of problem.

That's why I just switch down instead.

Have you ever used a program like No Sleep or Caffeine in the past? as they can change the settings to stop the Mac from Sleeping. If it was my Mac I would be tempted to install one of them and enable it and then disable it and see if it fixes the problem .

I've never installed such app like you mentioned
